Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all Credit & Debit cards as well as Paypal and Nochex payments.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Large items i.e. (Rabbit Hutches, Rabbit Runs) need to be INSPECTED before signing. Once signed for you are verifying you have received this item in good condition from our couriers, and if damaged we will be unable to claim. All items are packed on the day of dispatch and any damages will have occurred in transit. If your item is damaged you must REFUSE the item and contact us within 48hrs on 01452 739036 between 10.00 and 5.00 Mon - Fri with your order id reference and a replacement item/s will be sent.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy Where a Customer is not satisfied with Goods and / or does not want them, the Goods can only be returned to the Company if fully re-saleable in original packaging, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund of the purchase price. In the event of such returns, this must be within 14 days of purchase. Due to the distance selling regulations, you are required to contact the company within 7 days (cooling off period) via, Phone, Fax, Snail Mail emails are not accepted quoting your Order Number. At this stage you will be allocated a reference number (which you MUST obtain before shipping anything back). You are liable for the cost of returning the items (or must cover our costs for collecting them). All items returned must have your RRN (Returns Reference Number) clearly displayed on the address label, any items returned without a reference number will be refused.

All Goods will be tested upon receipt if no fault is found, the Goods will be returned to the Customer. We reserve the right to charge return postage on all non faulty items tested. If a fault is found, you will be issued a new replacement item. The return postage costs will be refunded. These rights do not apply in respect of a fair wear & tear, misuse and accidental damage. The risk in returning goods to the Company shall remain with the Customer until the Goods have been delivered to the Company's premises and accepted by the Company. Items hould be returned accordingly using Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery if of high value.
If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel a Contract, the Company shall, in accordance with the Regulations, reimburse any payment made by the consumer within 30 days from the day on which he/she gave such notice of cancellation.
